Shipping policy
If you order on working days before 3 p.m., we will process your order within a maximum of 2 working days. If you place your order on the weekend, the 2 working days will start from the following Monday and the package will be offered to PostNL as soon as possible. However, we aim to ship within 24 hours.
We will first contact you to discuss your wishes if the product is sold out.
Products that are not in stock can be delivered later.
As soon as we offer your package to PostNL, it will be processed by them in their system. You will receive a track & trace code by email. The track & trace codes are created no later than on the day of shipment. You will also receive an email from us that your package has been offered to PostNL.
If you do not find a message in your email now, please check your spam messages. The message may have ended up here. If this is not the case, please contact us.
You understand that we have no influence on the delivery of your package by PostNL. Delivery depends on how busy they are. If your package has not been delivered despite the track & trace code, please contact us immediately. We will get right on it for you. Of course, in the event of defects, the costs are entirely for our account.
The delivery times of PostNL in the Netherlands are approximately 1 to 2 working days, depending on how busy they are.
The delivery costs for the Netherlands are € 8.50 for packages up to 10 kg and a package size of 100x70x50cm. The shipping costs for packages of swords weighing more than 12 kg and larger than 100x70x50cm will be agreed in consultation. Of course, no shipping costs apply for pick up in Rotterdam at our store, Verdins Bierwinkel.
