For this version of our zeekraallambik, we allowed it to mature extensively
after the first maceration in German oak and acacia wood barrels. This brings the weighted average maturation time of this blend to more than 31 months at bottling.

All the grains we used in brewing the eight different lambics in this blend come from Pajottenland. Brewed in collaboration with Beersteward and Fenix.
