Rangel from Bad Manners Gypsy Brewing is the brainchild behind this beer. It all started with a previous collaboration with the Canadian brewery Third Moon – eventually, we consciously decided to go our own way. It was brewed by Eloy and his team at Río Azul in Seville. Simcoe was used at all levels – hot and cold – and Mosaic was added in the whirlpool and tank.
