Our Franconian answer to an English stout.

In the glass, there is a fine, creamy head atop a deep-black, top-fermented beer. Subtle roasted notes of coffee and dried plums give a taste of what is to come: dark chocolate and dried raisins in a light body with a pleasant bitterness. The aromas of caramel, roasted notes, and specialty malts take center stage, and the creamy mouthfeel is the crowning achievement of Weiherer Schwärzla.
