Cloudwater 11th Birthday Imperial Stout | Stout

A birthday isn't complete without a birthday cake! We teamed up with Mayoy Cacao, a bean-to-bar chocolate maker, to source a blend of Venezuelan cacao nibs. This extra special edition of MCI has a rich flavor. We chose to explore a single cacao variety and discover how to harness and enhance the individual flavors of the fruitier and more robust Venezuelan cacao nibs.

The result is an incredibly silky, ice-cream-like mouthfeel, a subtle aroma of dark berry jam, and a perfectly balanced, decadent chocolate flavor, complemented by a complex, savory umami taste. A true birthday party in a can.
