2025 was an extraordinary year for Crak Brewery: the barrels underwent a long maturation process, with 4 years in Scottish whisky barriques, 3 years in rum barriques, and 4 years in Château Margaux barriques, bringing a unique and complex blend to life. The amber color becomes deeper and more intense, while the nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit, figs, and plums, enriched with notes of honey, sweet spices, and a hint of precious wood. On the palate, the structure is more powerful than that of 2024: layers of caramel, vanilla, and cocoa mingle with lightly toasted notes, while the finish reveals a more assertive, warm, and enveloping spicy touch. This vintage surprises with its balance, structure, and power.
