In March, we dove into our recipe books in search of ideas for the ultimate, easy-drinking stout recipe. Here is Ostara Stout, our version of the 'Dublin Stout' concept. Brewed to be complex yet easy to drink. We applied a few tricks from our imperial stout to a base recipe with a lower alcohol percentage. The result is a layered malt with delicious, soft chocolate notes, finished with a fine touch of hops that cleanses the palate. Cheers!
