BoerenErf Gris sur Senne 23/24 | Lambic

The craft: This blend consists of lambic and Pinot Gris grapes from two consecutive harvest years, 2023 and 2024. The grapes underwent a seven-day maceration process each time, inspired by orange wines. The blend contains both young and old lambics.

The experience: Blending lambics from young and old grapes is unique. The Pinot Gris provided us with a vinous gueuze in the first edition, which we wanted to build upon with this second edition. This Gris sur Senne combines orange wine and gueuze in an intriguing interplay of flavors.
