Jelster brewed this beer with Rolo1977 and Vogelvrij. A dark Japanese rice lager. In other words, a dark bottom-fermented beer using rice in addition to barley. And hopped with Japanese Sorachi Ace hops. The result is a beer with the freshness of a pilsner and the character of dark malt. Brewed in a Ninja outfit to keep it authentic. Whirlpooled with Nunchucks, you can taste it!
