Kompaan Battle Royale - Dutch Courage | American IPA

A Dutch-American India Pale Ale? That doesn't sound confusing at all. We only used hops grown on Dutch soil, specifically Cascade and Centennial, produced by our friends at Brabant Hop. Because wine snobs can talk endlessly about the terroir of a certain grape, we brewers can do the same with hops. Different soil, different flavor and aroma profile. But since the plant is genetically the same as the Cascade grown in America, we can still call it Cascade. Get it? Good. Now drink up.
