The tell-tale signs of day drinking aren't hard to find. Usually, that person has an alcoholic drink in their hand, doesn't give a damn what time it is, and is usually having a great time with it. So are we. We (semi-professional) brewers start our day early, at 6 a.m. Just like bakers, who also work with grains, water, and yeast, we get up early to learn and practice our craft. And to make sure we’re doing a good job, we always taste our beers before we package them. So, in fact, we’re always drinking.

If we had our way, we would drink lagers all day long. It only makes sense, then, that this beer is a lager, brewed with experimental hop HBC1134. It’s just good, drink it up... go for it.
