A true Hazeteer knows when to sell the haze or when to hold on to it. Captain Hazy is a master of the sales trade. A character based on our long-time sales butcher. A Rauch Doppelbock aged in cognac barrels. The smoke has softened a bit over time, the cognac shines through, and the ruby-red clarity of the beer makes this a perfect picture. Not what you would expect from a hazy perspective, but in the end, it’s exactly what you wanted. Show less
