Sergeant Sample is responsible for everything related to quality at the brewery. Countless samples are taken to create the perfect little monster. Tested, measured, and magnified under a microscope. Nothing leaves the brewery without his approval. This imperial stout, aged in brandy barrels, gives you hints of black and red fruit, complemented by coffee and toffee notes. Enjoy it.
