Kompaan Foreign Legion 2026 - Yassin the Searing Sultan | BA Stout

Some chefs keep the fire under control; Yassin prefers to throw more fuel on it.
Yassin, the 'Sultan of Searing', is our chef and a true Texas barbecue fanatic. An Imperial Stout aged in Anker whiskey barrels is therefore a perfect match.
Dark chocolate, roasted malt and deep caramel meet vanilla, toasted oak and a lingering wave of warming whiskey. There is no gentle introduction here – and a low flame is completely out of the question.
Yassin brings the fire. The Sultan finishes the job.
