Marlobobo X Elmeleven Loon Manding (2025) | Mead

Mead with mixed berries and crème brûlée.

Anders and Chad from the legendary Elmeleven travelled from Malmö to Sande and immediately got to work. They tasted every tank in the brewery.

Together they came up with a blend of raspberry, cherry, and blackcurrant mead. These were fermented separately and blended with care, then caramelised with a top-secret mixture of caramelised sugar and three different types of vanilla. The result is a rich, dessert-like flavour, balanced with vibrant fruit and a fresh acidity.
