PINTA Modern Drinking | American IPA

And now something new: an intensely hopped IPA: PINTA Modern Drinking. This time we are sharing our knowledge of West Coast IPAs. During the hop harvest in September in Yakima (USA), brewers from Portland kept repeating one rule. We applied that rule – and didn't hesitate for a moment while brewing our version of the West Coast classic. We poured a huge amount of aromatic Mosaic™ hops into the kettle – almost all of it during the last 15 minutes of the boil. And guess what? We used the same amount for intense dry hopping.
