A collaboration with arguably the first craft brewery in the country? If you had told us seven years ago, when we were still just small boys in the industry, that we would be brewing a beer with the brewery that kicked off the beer revolution in the United Kingdom, we never would have believed you. But here we are, with a reputation big enough within our industry to be welcomed with open arms by one of the absolute greats. Because we wanted to embrace the bold, hop-forward brewing techniques we are so used to, but apply them to a more classic style, we used the brewing expertise of our friends from Derbyshire to create a completely modern White IPA. A beer with German origins thanks to the use of SafAle W68 yeast, and roots reminiscent of classic IPAs from the United States. In doing so, we use three key hop varieties: Amarillo, Cascade, and Citra. Finally, the brand-new Galaxy from the South Pacific is added as the finishing touch to this incredible cross-pollination of styles. Expect freshly cut oranges, peaches, and pineapple, with a hint of banana and clove for complexity.
