We were absolutely delighted to find out our nearest town was opening a brand new brewery, and we found even more in common when we first visited to see a brewkit very similar to Polly's original brewkit to wax lyrical about. We've had Spookton's beers on our radar regularly since then and have been blown away by the quality being produced by our neighbors over the border. Wanting to do what we both do best, our birthday IPA is a wonderful blend of our own personal favorite Idaho 7, alongside the recently named Krush; both giving juicy tropical notes with a sticky pine undertone. It's our birthday though, so we couldn't just leave it there - a supercharge of DynaBoost in the whirlpool, alongside HyperBoost on the cold side, all the fruity notes in this beer have been turned up to 11 in an all-encompassing rush to the palate with intense mango, pineapple and pomelo flavors
Untappd Rating: 3.84
