Following the launch of our incredibly popular imperial brown ale in 2017, the next logical step was to age the beer. We aged the beer for 6 months in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels and then bottle-conditioned it with premium maple syrup. The rich aroma of maple and vanilla from the bourbon wood will entice your taste buds before you even take a sip. Once you do, you are treated to a rich, sticky mouthfeel with a rounded bourbon flavor and a sweet, dessert-like finish that will have you looking forward to your next tasting.
