Banishing 1 is the first batch of a new series we are launching, called Banishing. This series focuses on IPAs with a bit more punch. The alcohol percentage has been increased to 7% instead of our usual 6.5% for single IPAs, and these beers are double dry-hopped with more hops than usual. If you enjoy a richer flavor, this series is for you. For this first version, we brewed the beer with oats and wheat and then intensely hopped it with Peacharine, Mosaic, and CIP076. This beer offers soft notes of sweet peach, papaya, ripe nectarine, and fresh blueberries.
