Observation Rakau is a 6.5% Hazy IPA brewed with oats and wheat, excessively hopped with Rakau from @Freestylehops. It is the latest in our single hop series, in which we 'observe' in a controlled manner which aromas and flavors different hop varieties produce. We get a floral mix of stone fruit, including plum, apricot, pear, and red currant. It is a tasty and complex treat!
