Track Brewing Half Dome | Pale Ale

With a delightfully soft base of pilsner malt, wheat, oats, and a low percentage of Vienna malt, Half Dome hits the mark: a perfect balance between drinkability and exuberant hop character. Galaxy, Citra, and Simcoe form the flavour trio here, with notes of unripe mango and pineapple, complemented by fresh herbal accents of sweet basil and papaya on the finish.
