Our flagship American IPA puts the distinctive aromatic Australian Galaxy hop in the spotlight. The aroma is explosive with notes of pine, citrus fruits, melon, and pineapple. Pronounced flavors of peach, clementine, and tropical fruit are accentuated by a moderate bitterness and balanced by a light, biscuity malt character.
