Lost in Thyme is an understated, yet radical beer. Remarkably, we have omitted the coriander and replaced the orange peel, which is typical for a wheat beer. In fact, we even picked the thyme leaves ourselves for our tincture (video proof is available). We don't need to elaborate on this for long. This is a beautifully balanced classic wheat beer with a distinct herbal flavor and lemon zest.
