Over the years, we’ve discovered that there is a specific moment in the brewing process where the science stops being just data and processes and starts to feel more like music. And for our head brewer, James, there is a magical frequency that sits right at 6.5% alcohol.

It is the "Goldilocks zone" of the Verdant range. The precise alcohol percentage where the Verdant style truly comes into its own. To celebrate this ideal moment, we have used that special harmony in our latest IPA: We Sing at Six and a Half.

6.5% Hazy IPAs are right up our alley, but this new variant feels like a perfect alignment of everything we love. It has a beautiful light golden color, is hazy, and as soft as a fluffy white cloud.

Expect a devilishly delicious and precise drinking experience full of bright citrus and tropical fruits, thanks to a powerful hop blend of Citra, NZH-101, and Nectaron. What else? Deep, complex "Verdant" undertones that anchor the fruit with our signature, earthy aromas, achieved by utilizing the properties of our own yeast.
