Verdant X Omnipollo Create Dangerously | Fruited IPA

We couldn't pass up the opportunity to brew a very special beer together with Omnipollo and adopt one of their favorite tricks: adding fruit! For our very first collaboration with them, we created a DIPA that bursts with a fruity character and an intense, spicy aroma. The beer is packed with Mosaic, Nectaron, and Eclipse hops, plus a touch of passion fruit puree added during fermentation.

Normally, we don't experiment with fruit additions in our beers, but the conversation with Henok, the founder of Omnipollo, about how they use fruit to enhance flavor was incredibly inspiring. After testing a few different purees, we all agreed that passion fruit was the perfect match. It cuts through the alcoholic notes while simultaneously enhancing the tropical aromas of the hops.
