Préaris Quadrupel was named the best craft beer (home-brewed) in Belgium in 2011. Paul Arnott, master brewer at Brasserie Dubuisson, put it this way: "What maturity for a craft beer: very robust, rich and balanced, very mature. A beer to enjoy!"


We are two firefighters with a passion – not just for fighting fires, but also for brewing beer.

During our 24-hour shifts at the Flevoland Fire Department, we experience all sorts of things: action, camaraderie, and adrenaline. But in addition to putting out fires and saving lives, we picked up another fiery hobby in 2018: brewing beer.

Our quadrupel is a bold dark beer with a robust and full flavor. This powerful brew is characterized by deep sweet notes and a complexity that caresses the senses. With a harmonious blend of dark malts, including five different varieties, the quadrupel delivers a rich palette of flavors.
